I had the very best experience at the Verizon store today in Saint Joe Michigan. China waited on me and she was so helpful. She explained everything so I could understand it. I had been so frustrated talking to Verizon on the phone the last few days and today she straightened it all out for me. I am so appreciative of the good service she gave me. She is a great representative for Verizon. So patient and didn't mind repeating things over and over to me. Very pleasant experience!
I usually dread going into the store because the wait time to get to talk to someone is so long, they try to upsell your package so you end up being charged more and not really understanding why the increase, and they usually rush and talk over my head. Today, however, was VERY different. I waited less than 10 minutes for a rep!! Jennifer looked at my package and told me it was great for my usage. I purchased a new phone and she was able to set it up just like my old phone of 4 years. She explained everything in terms I could understand. I also purchased, on her recomendation, the liquid glass for protection. She took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed liked she wanted to hurry up and get me back in the parking lot. I even called with a question when I returned home and she was able to give me instructions over the phone. Thanks, Jennifer!!! I hope Verizon realizes you're a keeper!!
went into the store and had a nice gentlemen named max kingsley he was very helpfully and he knew i had to go back to work and my phone was not done and he went out of his way to bring it to my work. just wanted to let everyone know how fast and easy the experience was .
Had to give at least a star to write a review. Just waited over 30 minutes for a rude red head to tell me that I had to replace my charger thru the website, yet when I bought it the very nice man told me to just bring it back and they'd replace it because it had a warranty. TCC is horrible and Verizon isn't all that good especially for the price you have to pay.
Stopped in to see about a phone, service was fantastic and personable. Definitely a great spot to pick up your next phone or plan
