So I made a reservation yesterday and paid online before hand. I walk into this location a few minutes before my reservation time and nobody even says hello. The girl who was standing there didn't even make eye contact. The man who ended up helping me didn't say anything either. So I stepped up to the counter, said my name and that I had a reservation. The man looks me up and says there's going to be a $200 deposit. I said no, because I already paid online.. He said "oh. Ok" so we went on and he said unless I had a major credit card he wouldn't rent to me. So I took my things and walked out, I don't have any credit cards. So I called enterprise, they were helpful, happy to see me, and helped me along the way. I was able to get a car right away and was pleasantly surprised to see their smiling faces as I walked in. And they all laughed when I told them how terrible budget was. I will never use budget for anything... Honestly I think budget as a company sucks but this location specifically, sucks the most. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Excellent service!! The front desk manager was kind and willing to help us find the kind of car we needed and at the right price too! I would gladly do business with them again.
