People are friendly, cars are clean, great service, and easy to do pick up and drop off. All of these are a plus when traveling for business.
I've had good experiences with this Avis location. My only criticism is that sometimes there seems to be a long wait when picking up a car. It's great that this location has a drop box for returning cars outside of normal business hours, as it allows me to be flexible with travel plans.
Two rentals and two bad experiences. In the first one I was charged an extra day and late fees because I returned the car back on a holiday. Totally avoidable if they would have told me. I followed the agreement perfectly and their company policy still punished me. The second one happened yesterday. I rented a car and and took it home. I later hopped in the car to realize it smelled like dog poop that had been dug out of the garbage can. They had closed and I needed to leave....I was late to my date because I needed to clean the car and buy TWO air fresheners to camouflage the offensive aroma. I mentioned it at the counter when returning the car and was basically ignored. Another customer overheard and said her rental smelled like wet dog.
The service is what drives my rating. They are always quick to address any issues, which have been few and far between. I have rented at minimum 30 times and have always been very satisfied, with the Avis preferred program, with the cars offered, and with the service. The manager does a great job. The facility could use an upgrade and expansion.
Very unprofessional place to work or rent from. Unprofessional from the top to the bottom. Runs out of cars, insane pricing, no honesty, and you can't get ahold of anyone to solve an issue.
