I took my little poodle who was old for grooming. As I was walking away I saw them drag her by the neck back to grooming Salon. When I picked her up she had burns and nicks all over her stomach. She was not matted. She was traumatized by that experience there. And one other time I took her as a walk--in just for a nail trim. They spent 40 seconds on her nails, not a good job at all. Never went back. I think they try to go to fast there in the grooming department, and are mean to the dogs cause they are hurrying too fast. Do not recommend this place. Website is difficult to use. Can't find anything, it doesn't respond.
Great little pet shop with interactive birds and other unique pets like chinchillas. Exceptional customer service by great employees will answer all your questions and help you find what you need. Thanks Martin's paw Mart what a great place.
