What a difference customer service makes for any business! Kayla made this such a pleasant experience for us that we actually really enjoyed the chore of storage (deciding on the right storage and getting started with our offsite storage etc. necessitated by a recent move)..She even came up to the house to inspect the material to be transported and gave us a reasonable estimate on the spot. The location itself is super clean, looks very safe and secure and the staff (Christen, Gil?) extremely friendly and courteous.. Recommend this location as the best storage option in the area. Once again, people like Kayla can help transform any business to its best with the right attitude and attentiveness..
