Used to love BDubs but it feels like they have taken a step back in recent years. Went from great to good. Regardless, I’ll be back.
Really clean. And the food always comes out really quickly. Lunchtime is a great time to eat here, usually pretty slow.
Staff was nice, but everything else was not. My order take out order was supposed to be done in 20 minutes...it took 40 minutes. They didn't put in the sauce with my chicken wrap (I didn't notice until I got home). The lady waiting next to me Putin an online order at 3 pm, to be ready at 5 pm. She waited longer than I did, and her order had the wrong wings and wrong sauce. Very disappointed.
I ended up waiting for takeout late on a saturday evening while the staff failsd to pay attention and made me wait pointlessly while they discussed trivialities with one another. They failed to give me my full order twice and then failed to give me utensils. The food is heinously overpriced, especially compared to the quality. The facilities were decent, in the least, and parking was trivial.
Super slow service. Went there twice last week, after lunch hour(s) and had to wait to get my order and even longer to get my food. Probably the worst BWW I have ever been to. Wings and beer were good though...
