Dr Steele is personable, thorough, and patient. He listens to concerns without judgement and does everything he can to address and solve any problems. His staff are fantastic--they know what they're doing and they're quick. I highly recommend Kai Steele Dentistry. He's also great with any age patient--my kids love him too!
Needless to say, I'm a tough customer when it comes to dentistry. HOWEVER, I am more than happy to report I feel calm and incredibly welcomed and well-cared for as a patient of Dr. Kai Steele and his wonderful staff. It's like meeting up with old friends when I go in for my checkups! Lori is warm and friendly and Lynn greets me with my favorite polish flavor every time.
I'm just glad he is a bit younger than I am; that means I don't ever have to look for someone else! Welcome to dentistry in full color. :)
Before we leave the office, the kids get to choose a toy from the toy basket, as well as their new dental goodies (a bag with a new toothbrush, their very own toothpaste and floss - they love these as much as they love the toy they get!)
In addition to the office providing a great atmosphere, I also believe Dr. Steele to be a terrific dentist. My husband and I have both had dental work done, and have been very pleased with the process as well as the results.
My husband, myself and my two boys (now ages 6 and 8) have been going to Dr. Steele for 2 years now. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we receive at this office! The entire staff is extremely kid-friendly; my kids absolutely love going.
I love this practice! Everyone there is so nice. Dr. Steele is compassionate and and an excellent dentist! I am thankful that I can trust my dentist. He isn't one of those people that recommends unnecessary procedures. I recommend this practice to everyone!
The hygienists have always been great about explaining what they're doing to my curious kids so they know exactly what's happening and why. I've struggled getting my kids to brush their teeth daily without putting up a fight, but after visiting the dentist, my kids both came home and now hound ME about getting their teeth brushed.
I also have every confidence in them caring for my children's dentistry needs as well. Dr. Steele was such a trooper when pulling one of my kids' teeth recently--she was terrified. He told her, "I know you're scared, but I promise you that after I'm done, you will tell me it was no big deal." And remarkably, that's exactly what happened! His easy-going style and confidence instills confidence in his patients and his staff is there to back him up every step of the way.

Going to the dentist struck fear in my heart from an early age. I still remember counting the dentist office stairs as we lumbered up them trembling. How many people thought their dentist looked like a drill sergeant from the 50's (I was born much later than that) and a hygienist with a beehive hairdo who was actually his ex wife? Maybe that had something to do with the 2 gorgeous office staff attendants... I still remember the whole thing in black and white like a show on TV Land. Twilight Zone anyone?
The waiting area (and entire office) is kept very clean, and there are toys and books for the kids to look through. I have never sat in the waiting area more than a few minutes before I am seen. They are very prompt. They also provide hot drinks in the waiting room, which is a nice perk.
I waited too long to find a dentist after my childhood dentist retired. I tried a few dentists and they just were not a good fit. I wanted my childhood dentist. I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Steele. He is the dentist for you if you want to be educated about procedures & if you don't want a doc that is jumpy to do all sorts of extra things but is willing to wait and watch how things will pan out and partner with you regarding your dental care. He patiently works during procedures to make sure you are comfortable & that you feel like the new work feels right. He and the hygienists are great with my kids as well and the dental assistant is helpful, funny, and down to earth. They all make "going to the dentist" a pleasant experience. Oh, and it's super kid friendly in the family room type of waiting room with toys, books, couch, & plenty of seating for our larger than average family. Thank you!
