Great facility. They have state of the art equipment and a good wash at a good price. I met the owner, Jay and he was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Soft Touch to anyone that needs a carwash in St. Joe, Michigan.
Had snow build up that was rubbing against the tires so we stopped thinking we would have to get out of the car and get wet washing the car down. Not at this place, we paid then were greeted by someone who sprayed the car down then proceeded to enter the automatic car wash. At the end the drying section was impressive including heat drying by 2 jet engines. We wish we had one of these in our hometown.
When they first open they were good but I guess now because their business is doing good they are lacking tremendously. I usually get the monthly but for some odd reason they refuse to wash the back of my truck. The last several times I have asked them and they say they would but the didn't (I guess I'm too dumb to look in my rearview mirror and see they didn't do it) so i have called about this everytime which is about 3 times during this mth. One time I went thru I asked the guy he said ok and just got real close with the sprayer when the wash was done I got out and looked at my truck and once again it wasn't clean so I went right back thru and brushed it myself the guy who is getting paid went back in the building. Once again I called no one never answers but they will call u back within three days. So I called yesterday and I didn't have time to go back thru.... well I got a call back the next day and the guy tells me well I didn't see u go thru I seen u brush your truck I can't have u getting out your truck it's a liability I said if u look right before that I had went thru, he says well I don't understand why the machine isn't cleaning your truck but it's cleaning everybody else truck. I dont care what works for somebody else I'm only concerned about my $30 I spent to get a service done and if I ask for the back of my truck to get brushed I don't understand the problem. So I will no longer go there and I feel like I need at least half of my money back. I wished they had zero star because that's what I would have gave them.
